1. Agreement to Terms

By requesting a quote, booking a service, or accessing the website of BuildClean Experts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, including builders, landlords, and homeowners, utilizing our post-renovation and construction cleaning services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Service Scope and Quotes

BuildClean Experts specializes in rough construction cleaning, fine dust removal, and final detail cleaning. Any initial estimate provided via our Project Quote Form or by email is based on the Property Type, Project Size, and Cleaning Deadline indicated by the client.

• Quotes are considered estimates and are subject to change if the actual size or condition of the property differs significantly from the provided description upon physical inspection.
• For exact pricing inquiries or adjustments, clients must contact our estimations department at quotes@buildcleanexperts.com prior to the scheduled cleaning date.

3. Site Preparation and Access

To ensure safety and efficiency during the industrial-grade cleaning process, clients are required to adhere to the following site preparation conditions:

• All major construction, renovation, and tradeswork must be completed before our arrival. We cannot perform fine dust removal while active carpentry, drywalling, or painting is occurring.
• The property must have active, running water and a safe electrical supply for our industrial vacuums and cleaning equipment.
• Safe, unhindered access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time of service.

4. Payment Terms

Payment in full is required upon completion of the final detail cleaning, unless a prior commercial invoicing agreement has been established for verified builders and contractors. Invoices will be dispatched electronically. Late payments may incur an additional administrative fee.

5. Liability and Damages

While our post-renovation crews exercise extreme caution during the debris clearing and fine dust removal process, BuildClean Experts is not liable for pre-existing damages caused by prior contractors, builders, or improper installations. Any new damage allegedly caused by our cleaning crew must be reported to our management at +1 (312) 489-2034 within 24 hours of service completion to be considered for review.

6. Governing Law and Contact Information

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
